Shipping Information
We ship safely and securely to all 27 countries of the European Union. When all items in your order are in stock, we will process the order within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following business day.

Please note that our company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier's performance, faulty communication, customs offices, strikes, or any other unforeseen incidents. It is your responsibility to ensure the address you provide is accurate and valid. If the carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or missing address, or if you are unavailable for delivery, you must promptly notify the carrier. Failure to do so may result in additional shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned and refunded for any reason within 14 days of purchase from the Web Shop. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in pristine condition with the original tags and packaging included. Please ensure you check the items thoroughly before removing any attached tags or disposing of the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Any shipping costs incurred by the Company to recover a returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days.
